    The homes here are really beautiful, but along with the home comes high HOA fees around the $500 range. The community is not well taken care of, the basketball, tennis and volleyball courts need to be repaired and repainted. The landscapers and other services the community uses are too high priced and do not do the best job. Streets are cracking and fallen signs are just laying around. The HOA agenda never changes because nothing ever gets fixed. There is much more to complain about but I think my message is clear, I've attended meetings to see about solving these issues as well. I can only attest for the last year, but if you're looking for a beautiful home with lots of community problems then this is the place for you.... So come on down!
